Our Ready Cherry Tomato Sauce Ecologist is the result of a traditional, tasty recipe that was created by combining a delicate particularly sweet fried onion with the best cherry tomatoes ripened in the hot sun of Sicily. This Tomato Sauce is cooked in a special low-pressure pot to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics and nutritive elements.
It has a bright red colour, with pronounced aromatic notes of fresh cherry Ciliegino tomato. The texture is dense and velvety, with a sweet natural flavour of basil. Since there are no preservatives or artificial colours you can enjoy all the flavour a genuine product. Perfect for all types of pasta (spaghetti, rigatoni, penne, tagliatelle).
